Full Frame Design Campaign

2025 Full Frame Documentary Film Festival

Pre-Show Trailer

The pre-show trailer is an opportunity to honor and spotlight the sponsors who make the festival possible each year.

The inspiration and visual throughline for the 2025 design suite is a study of light and shadow—exploring how a spotlight refracts and creates radiant beams of light. The trailer evokes the moment a projector flickers to life, backlighting the festival’s iconic Discussion Box logo and illuminating the screen.

Playing before a wide range of stories—from uplifting to heartbreaking—the trailer not only recognizes the partners who support the festival, It sets the tone for the experience ahead, Like the first glow of a projector, creating a feeling of inspiration and anticipation for the main event: The films we all came to see.

Passes, Merch and Announcements

It was a fun opportunity to see how this concept could translate across a range of materials. Playing with idea of light rays but, with a more graphic take. A digital suite of branded materials were provided including printed passes, a t-shirt design, a bandana design, a stickes and templated announcements for social media and printed ads.

Key Art

We were thrilled to participate in Full Frame’s time-honored tradition of creating a uniquely themed poster.

The final result encapsulates 2025’s theme of light rays and riffs off of the brand's blue accent color.
